Description

This Cranberry Maple Glazed Chicken Melt combines sweet and savory flavors with a delicious glaze, topped with melted cheese and served on toasted bread. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion!


Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 cup cranberry juice

– 1/2 cup maple syrup

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 4 slices of your favorite cheese (Swiss or cheddar recommended)

– 4 slices of bread (sourdough or whole grain)

– Fresh parsley for garnish
