Description

Delicious turkey sliders infused with the sweetness of cranberry and maple, perfect for any gathering or a quick weeknight meal!


Ingredients

– 1 pound ground turkey

– 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Slider buns

– Lettuce and sliced tomatoes for serving


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, maple syrup, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Shape the mixture into small patties.

3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.

4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

5. Toast the slider buns on the skillet for 1-2 minutes.

6. Assemble the sliders with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

7. Serve warm with extra cranberry sauce if desired.
