Ingredients
1 pound gnocchi
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
