Ingredients
8 ounces penne pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
