Ingredients
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
3. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a bit of olive oil until fragrant.
4. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
5. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, ricotta, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
6. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the spinach and cream mixture.
7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
