These crispy bacon cheddar cheeseburger egg rolls are the ultimate snack, combining the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a crunchy, golden wrapper.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup diced onions

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 package egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

2. Add onions, ketchup, mustard, and cooked bacon to the beef. Stir until combined.

3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.

4. Fold the wrapper over the filling, tucking in the sides, and seal with water.

5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

6. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
