Ingredients

8 strips of bacon

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of wonton wrappers

Cooking oil for frying


Instructions

1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Take a wonton wrapper, place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, and fold it into a stick shape.

4. Wrap a strip of bacon around each stick, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

5. Fry the sticks in the hot oil until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes
