Ingredients
1 pound of bacon
2 cups of bell peppers, diced
1 cup of zucchini, diced
1 cup of mushrooms, halved
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Toothpicks for securing
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a bowl, combine the diced bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Take a piece of bacon and wrap it around a piece of vegetable, securing it with a toothpick.
4. Repeat until all vegetables are wrapped.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped veggie bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
6. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and cooked through.
