Description

This Crispy Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Garlic Bread Loaf is a delicious and indulgent dinner option that combines tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and gooey cheese, all stuffed inside a crispy garlic bread loaf.


Ingredients

1 loaf of Italian bread

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

4 tablespoons butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

3. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread from the center.

4. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

5. Spread the garlic butter mixture inside the bread halves.

6. Fill the bread with the chicken and cheese mixture, then close the loaf.

7. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

8. Unwrap the loaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some chopped parsley on top before serving.
