Description
These crispy garlic butter bacon cheeseburger spring rolls are a delicious twist on a classic burger, perfect for snacking or entertaining.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup garlic butter
1 package spring roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and garlic butter to the beef. Mix until well combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly. Seal the edges with a little water.
6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. These spring rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
