Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. 2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
3. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. 4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
5. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6. 6. Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the cookie dough, breaking it into small pieces.
7. 7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and dollop the remaining cookie dough on top.
8. 8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
9. 9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
