Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 package egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

2. Add crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.

3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.

4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.

5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

6. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

7. Serve hot with additional ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

These egg rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying. Just fry them straight from the freezer, adding a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time.
