Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup sloppy joe sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in the sloppy joe sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and mix in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
6. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
These biscuit bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake them straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
