- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal-sized balls and flatten them into thin patties.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on 4 of the patties, then top with jalapeño slices and a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Place the remaining patties on top of the cheese-covered patties to form double-decker burgers.
