Indulge in these delightful Double Stuffed Pizza Bombs filled with pepperoni and served with a creamy cheese sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
1 package of pizza dough
1 cup of pepperoni slices
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 cup of marinara sauce (for dipping)
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
3. In a bowl, mix together the pepperoni, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough square.
5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
6. Place the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
9. While the pizza bombs are baking, prepare the cheese sauce by melting cream cheese and cheddar cheese together over low heat.
10. Serve the pizza bombs hot with marinara sauce and cheese sauce for dipping.
