Ingredients
– 1 loaf of crusty bread, cubed
– 1 cup pecans, chopped
– 1 cup dried cranberries
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 celery stalks, diced
– 4 cups vegetable broth
– 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and celery, cooking until softened.
3. Stir in the sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, pecans, and cranberries.
5. Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
6. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
