Ingredients
– 2 lbs pork loin
– 1 cup maple syrup
– 1/2 cup bourbon
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh thyme for garnish
