Ingredients
2 lbs pork loin
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 apples, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. In a bowl, mix apple cider, bourbon, brown sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
