Description

A deliciously sweet and spicy melt featuring crispy bacon, fireball whiskey-infused honey, and melting cheese, perfect for a savory snack or meal.

Ingredients

Scale

4 slices of thick-cut bacon

2 tablespoons Fireball whiskey

2 tablespoons honey

2 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)

2 slices of bread (sourdough or Texas toast)

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.

2. In a small bowl, mix Fireball whiskey and honey until combined.

3. Once the bacon is done, remove excess grease and add the whiskey-honey mixture to the skillet, stirring until bubbly.

4. Place the cheese on top of the bacon and let it melt for a minute.

5. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

6. Assemble the sandwich: place the bacon and melted cheese between the unbuttered sides of the bread.

7. Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is fully melted.

Notes

For an extra kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the sandwich.

Serve with a side of pickles or potato chips for a complete meal.
