Description

Football Sunday Nacho Bacon Bombs are the ultimate game day snack, combining crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and crunchy nacho chips into one delicious bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

1 lb bacon

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup nacho chips, crushed

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around a small ball of the cheese mixture.

4. Roll the wrapped bacon ball in crushed nacho chips until fully coated.

5. Place the bacon bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
