Ingredients
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pound of ground beef, cooked and seasoned
2 tablespoons of garlic butter
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
6. Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake them straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
