Description

These Garlic Butter Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are a delicious twist on classic flavors, perfect for snacking or entertaining. Crispy on the outside and packed with cheesy goodness, they are sure to impress!


Ingredients

1 cup cooked macaroni

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup garlic butter

1 package egg roll wrappers

1 egg, beaten

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, cream cheese, garlic butter, salt, and pepper.

2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.

3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

4. Seal the edge with beaten egg.

5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
