These Garlic Butter Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Onion Bombs are a delicious fusion of flavors, combining juicy cheeseburgers with creamy mac and cheese, all wrapped in crispy bacon and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon
1 large onion
4 tablespoons garlic butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the onion in half and carefully hollow out the center to create onion cups.
3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff the onion cups with the beef and macaroni mixture.
5. Wrap each stuffed onion with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
6. Place the wrapped onions in a baking dish and brush with garlic butter.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite seasonings to the beef mixture.
Serve with a side of ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
