8 oz cheese tortellini
1 lb flank steak
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. 1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
2. 2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
3. 3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. 4. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
