Description

Ingredients

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup warm water

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.

7. Roll the dough around the cheese to form a knot and place on a baking sheet.
