Ingredients
2 1/2 ounces premium gin (Bombay Sapphire recommended)
1/2 ounce dry vermouth (Noilly Prat preferred)

Instructions
1. Chill martini glass in freezer for 15 minutes before serving
2. Add ice cubes to mixing glass
3. Pour 2 1/2 ounces gin over ice
4. Add 1/2 ounce dry vermouth

6. Stir gently with bar spoon for 30 seconds to achieve proper dilution
7. Strain mixture into chilled martini glass using Hawthorne strainer
