Description

This Gooey Cheddar Bacon Jalapeño Popper Meatloaf is a delicious twist on a classic dish, featuring a creamy ranch swirl that adds a burst of flavor.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

2 jalapeños, diced

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup milk

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup additional cheddar cheese for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, ranch dressing, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
