Ingredients
2 cups fresh goumi berries
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 egg for egg wash
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Wash and prepare goumi fruits carefully
3. Mix fruits with sugar and cornstarch in large bowl
4. Prepare pie crust and pour mixture into crust
5. Brush top with egg wash
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden
7. Cool for 15-20 minutes before serving

Let pie cool completely for best texture
