Description

Perfect fall harvest burger combining juicy ground chicken with sweet cranberries and creamy brie cheese. Crafted for discerning home chefs seeking restaurant-quality gourmet burgers with seasonal autumn flavors.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cranberries

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

4 hamburger buns

4 slices of brie cheese

Lettuce, tomato, and desired burger toppings

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cranberries, olive oil, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

2. Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each into a patty.

3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

4. While patties cook, toast hamburger buns on the grill.

5. Assemble burgers by placing cooked patty on each bun, topping with brie cheese slice, fresh cranberries, lettuce, and tomato.

Notes

For best results, don’t overmix the ground chicken to keep burgers juicy. Cook over medium-high heat for perfect sear while maintaining moisture. Brie cheese melts beautifully when added to hot patties.
