Description

This Harvest Cranberry Brie Melt with Smoked Turkey is a delicious sandwich that combines the richness of brie cheese, the tartness of cranberries, and the savory flavor of smoked turkey, all melted to perfection. Perfect for a cozy lunch or dinner!


Ingredients

– 2 slices of artisan bread

– 1/2 cup brie cheese, sliced

– 1/4 cup cranberry sauce

– 4 oz smoked turkey, sliced

– 1 tablespoon butter

– Fresh arugula (optional)

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Spread cranberry sauce on one slice of bread.

2. Layer brie cheese over the cranberry sauce.

3. Add the smoked turkey on top of the brie.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Top with arugula if desired.

6. Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
