Description

A bright, alcohol-free festive drink combining cranberry, orange, and pineapple juices with a hint of lime and natural sweetener, finished with sparkling water for a cheerful holiday sip.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice (no pulp)

  • ½ cup pineapple juice

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: fresh cranberries, orange slices, rosemary sprigs


Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, stir together cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.

  • Add maple syrup (or honey) and stir until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness.

  • Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

  • Just before serving, pour in sparkling water and stir gently.

  • Fill glasses with ice, pour the mocktail, and garnish each with cranberries, an orange slice, and a rosemary sprig.

Notes

  • For extra chill without dilution, freeze some juice into ice cubes ahead of time.

  • To rim glasses: moisten rims with lime, then dip in superfine sugar or coarse salt.
