Ingredients
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon honey
Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, then covering and letting sit for 12 minutes.
2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice in half.
3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl, mixing with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Fold in the chopped bacon and sharp cheddar cheese.
5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh chives before serving.
Notes
