Instructions

1. Place eggs in cold water and bring to a rolling boil

2. Cook eggs for exactly 12 minutes

3. Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool

4. Gently crack and peel eggs under running water

5. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks
