Ingredients
2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 apples, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, mix honey, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade.
5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced apples.
6. Cook apples until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
7. Serve the pork tenderloin sliced with caramelized apples on top.
Notes
