Ingredients
12 jalapeños
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook the shrimp with honey and garlic until cooked through. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the shrimp and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
5. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the filling is bubbly and slightly browned.

Notes
For milder heat, remove all seeds and membranes from jalapeños thoroughly.
Cook bacon until crispy but not burnt for best texture.
Make sure cream cheese is fully softened for smooth mixing.
