Ingredients
Premium semi‑sweet chocolate (≥55% cocoa)
Hot chocolate mix
Mini marshmallows
Optional fillings: peppermint, caramel, espresso powder, coconut flakes
Instructions
1. Chop chocolate finely
2. Temper in microwave: 30s, then 15s bursts, below 90°F
3. Brush two thin coats in silicone sphere molds, chill 5 min each
4. Fill half‑shell with cocoa mix + marshmallows
5. Pipe melted chocolate to seal with second half
6. Decorate and chill to set
7. To serve: drop in 14 oz hot milk and stir
