Delicious bacon-wrapped cheeseburger dippers perfect for parties and game day. These easy appetizers combine seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon for an irresistible finger food.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package bacon
Toothpicks for securing
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until just combined
3. Using small cookie scoop or hands, form mixture into 1-inch diameter balls
4. Wrap each ball with bacon strip and secure with toothpick
5. Place on prepared baking sheet with space between each dipper
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is golden brown and beef is cooked through
7. Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving
Notes
Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days
Can be frozen for up to 1 month
Reheat in oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes
Serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce
