Ingredients
2 oz fresh orange juice
4 oz sparkling wine (Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava)

Instructions
1. Chill champagne flute in freezer for 10 minutes
2. Pour 4 oz chilled sparkling wine into the flute
3. Slowly add 2 oz fresh orange juice
4. Stir gently with bar spoon to combine
5. Garnish with orange wheel and berries
6. Serve immediately while bubbly
