Ingredients
1 lb high-quality ground beef
8 oz thinly sliced ribeye steak
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
6 slices provolone cheese
4 brioche burger buns
1/2 cup ranch whip sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat
2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 4 patties
3. Cook ribeye steak slices with onions, peppers, and mushrooms until tender
4. Smash burger patties on hot griddle, cooking 2-3 minutes per side
5. Add provolone cheese to patties in final minute of cooking
6. Toast brioche buns until golden brown
7. Spread ranch whip on bottom buns
