Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 slices of bacon
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 burger buns
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. 2. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season with salt and pepper.
3. 3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
4. 4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
5. 5. In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy.
6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden.
7. 7. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, adding lettuce, the cheeseburger patty, bacon, tomato slice, and BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
