Ingredients
12 large fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional) 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs 2 tbsp olive oil spray Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder Fill each jalapeño half with cheese mixture Spray jalapeños with olive oil and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs Place in air fryer basket in single layer Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy Let cool for 2 minutes before serving
Notes
For milder heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños Poppers can be prepped up to 4 hours ahead Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes
