These Jalapeño Ranch Burger Nachos are a spicy twist on classic nachos, topped with grilled burger patties, melted cheese, jalapeños, and a creamy ranch dressing. Perfect for game day or a fun dinner!
Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 8 oz tortilla chips
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup jalapeños, sliced
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
– 1 avocado, diced
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning, following package instructions.
3. 3. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
4. 4. Top the chips with the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced jalapeños.
5. 5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. 6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.
7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions, diced avocado, and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra heat, use spicy ranch dressing. You can also add black olives or diced tomatoes as additional toppings.
