Ingredients
3 lbs chuck roast
2 large onions, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine

Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Season the roast with salt and pepper, then sear on all sides until browned.
