Ingredients
For the crust:
– 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake layers:
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
For the topping:
– Whipped cream
– Chocolate shavings
– Chopped peanuts
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
3. 3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
4. 4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
