This Loaded Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Stuffed Garlic Bread is a delicious twist on a classic burger, featuring crispy bacon, melted cheddar, and savory garlic bread.
Ingredients
1 loaf of garlic bread
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, seasoning with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
3. Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread to create space for the filling.
4. Mix the cooked beef with chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Stuff the garlic bread halves with the beef mixture and place on a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven, spread mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on top, and add lettuce and tomato before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding pickles or jalapeños to the filling.
Serve with a side of fries or a salad for a complete meal.
