Description

A delicious and hearty Loaded Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole that combines crispy tater tots, savory ground beef, and creamy ranch dressing for a perfect family meal.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 packet ranch seasoning

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag frozen tater tots

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in the ranch seasoning and cooked bacon, mixing well.

4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

5. Top with tater tots in a single layer.

6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
