Ingredients
1 medium head fresh cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4–6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1 cup high-quality shredded cheddar cheese
2–3 fresh green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C)
2. Cut fresh cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets
3. Toss florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet in single layer
5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking
6. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon pieces
7. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately
Notes
For extra crispy results, ensure cauliflower florets are completely dry before tossing with oil
