Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp sage

1/4 cup ketchup


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, maple syrup, bacon, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, thyme, and sage.

3. Mix until well combined.
