Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
8 slices of bacon
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wrap each chicken thigh with 2 slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
4. Place the wrapped chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the maple glaze over them.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
