Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.

3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

4. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.

7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
